An elementary special educator by trade; Linda’s love of fitness began as a class participant. Inspired by an amazing instructor and coach, she soon began training for her own personal goal: duathlon competition. Next came the transition from class participant to class trainer. Linda achieved goals that she never thought possible; all because of the inspiration, coaching and encouragement that she received along the way. Now she works to inspire others. “There is no better feeling then working with a member and helping them to change their philosophy from I can’t to I CAN!” A certified instructor in RPM, Body Attack, Body Pump, Body Step, and a Personal Trainer as well, Linda feels fortunate to be able to continue to learn from the best. “The structure of our programs, the continuing education and the teamwork are unique to Oxygen Fitness. I am proud to be part of such an outstanding team. I know that we provide programs that are safe and effective; and will provide our members with a fun, bold and energetic experience!

I believe in Les Mills programs because they bring results; they help people achieve their fitness goals. We see bodies changing, we see lives changing. The classes are bold, fun and energetic--and are a joy to teach!
