Why have you taken the road of "fitness"?
I am the one at the airport that takes the stairs. It seems to me that I've always had to be active and moving. So, since grade school, I have been physical. . . gymnastics, team sports, horseback riding, swimming, mountain biking and hiking, running and road biking, yoga, rollerblading and weight lifting have shown me there are many ways to have fun with fitness! I have been able to compete in running, biking and swimming events and completed two triathlons (hopefully more to come!). I feel ALIVE by staying physical and active.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about LIFE! Being healthy and fit allow me to experience life to the fullest. I don't sit on the sidelines and watch. My goal here at Oxygen Fitness and Sports Club as an instructor is to motivate and educate so you can participate - and have a great time moving and shaking! My passions here at Oxygen are teaching BodyFlow, BodyPump, and RPM, and being a member of the Personal Training Team.
